Trying to change administrator

    I thought we had gotten this resolved, but checking into again it appears that the primary administrator is still connected to Eric Vitug. He has asked that his information be removed. I should be the only administrator. The system will not let me remove his information. Rich Antclif

    If they are the owner of the site they would need to transfer ownership of the blog to another person to have their info removed.

    They can go into their My Blogs section of the Dashboard and mouse over the blog name they need to transfer and click on the “Transfer” button – follow the directions EXACTLY so they transfer the blog to the correct account – if they put in the wrong account name and the wrong spelling exists the blog will go to the wrong person and you will need to have the staff retrieve the blog and start over – when the ownership transfers they will be removed COMPLETELY from the blog
