Trying to Change Background Color of Pages Bar

  I’m using the theme “twenty ten”. Right now the bar that shows all of my Pages (About Me, Contact, Services, etc.) is Black with grey font. Can someone help me change this?

  This can only be changed with a paid upgrade for editing CSS. Do you have that upgrade?
