Trying to Change Domain Name

  I want to change my URL/Domain name however, it will not let me change it as the option is greyed out.

  Hi there,

  I logged into your account to try to the URL change on my end and everything worked for me:

  

  You should be able to get to the page above from here. The button will stay grayed out until you choose an address that is available. If it remains greyed out, it most likely means that the URL you are wanting is taken.
