Trying to change email in account settings.

we are trying to change the primary email that our usd21 user has FROM (email visible only to moderators and staff) TO (email visible only to moderators and staff). There is a notice saying that the change is pending. We do get a ‘change’ notice email – but we did not get a link to confirm the change. Love you!

Hi there,
Is the new email address already active? When you change an email address on your account we send an email to the current address to notify of the change, and an email to the new address containing the confirmation link.
If you did not receive this second email, please try changing your email again on the account settings page, here:
