Trying to Change Menu Dropdown Hover Color
-
(Many apologies if I accidentally posted this twice!)
I am doing website work for a client, but I am typically a strategist and not a design/website builder kinda guy. I have some sense of editing, but I think my problem is in the CSS and I have no idea where to even begin (a lot of trial and error has done nothing). There are two things we’re looking to fix, which seem like they should be fairly simple changes, but I can’t figure them out.
My client’s website is here:
http://www.jcornacktherapygroup.com
When you click on the About Us dropdown in the top menu, all of the links show up as underlined. We’d like to remove those. We’d also like to change the dropdown hover color from that blue to the green (#a0cf67) they use throughout the site.
Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction? I would be very grateful.

Hi,
Although your client’s website uses WordPress, it is hosted by Acquia Hosting (according to http://www.whoishostingthis.com), and this forum is for sites hosted by WordPress.com. This support article explains the differences:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you want support for WordPress that is not hosted on WordPress.com, you can try the WordPress.org forum:
I took a look at your site, though, and I think you could try this CSS:
.dropdown-menu > li > a {
text-decoration: none;
}.dropdown-menu > li > a:hover {
background-color: #a0cf67!important;
} -
I am very sorry – I was unaware that this wasn’t just for WordPress sites in general. I am so very grateful for you looking through anyway, though. It did remove the underline (which was the larger of the two nuisances).
Thank you so much! I’ll close this as resolved.
