trying to change my domain name

  Hello, I am trying to change crystalsasaki.wordpress.com to cjiko.wordpress.com but I am not being allowed to because I previously registered cjiko.wordpress.com
  I have since deleted cjiko.wordpress, however.
  Instead of redoing the whole site onto cjiko, I wanted to just change my address for the content on crystalsasaki.wordpress to cjiko

  Changing a .wordpress.com URL is meant to be a permanent and irreversible act. Deleted .wordpress.com blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and the only exceptions are made are for URLs that were deleted 2 or more years ago. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  If you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
