Trying to change my email address

  Hello!

  I am trying to change my email address but each time I do, it says ‘there was a problem saving your changes.’ And it won’t let me update it…. ack!

  Hi,

  Are you already using the email address on another WordPress.com account? You cannot use the same email address on more than one WordPress.com account. If the new email address you’re trying to add is already in use with another account, you will not be able to add it.

  If you believe it’s not already with another account and it’s still giving you the error, please contact us from your account email address (the current account) at help@wordpress.com
