trying to change my email, company email which will expire soon to another email

  trying to change my email addy from info@turner…… which will shortly be N/A to
  ed.turner@h…….. my long time by stand email and it says

  That e-mail address is already being used.

  ??? I need to change it to my own email please, and not sure what the issues are here!

  also.. why is there not a real help email, why being forced to send to the entire community my friggin email address, to get even more spam, because i can not find a real email to send to wordpress..
  sick and so not impressed with wordpress right now..
  why not a real email to support.. why this community email/address give the world my question only option???

  You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.

  Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

  Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.
