Trying to change site address & also add a domain name we already own -> issues

I just moved jacjan.wordpress.com from my personal account to the ‘production’ account hofftbhg.
I am trying to change the site address to hofftbhg.wordpress.com but I get a page not found error when I try.We also own the hoffterrassebarnehage.no domain and want to add this as a paid upgrade.
When I try to do this, I get an error that the domain is not registered.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Not to worry, as Staff can and will sort this for you.Staff have to add a zone record so you can proceed with mapping an existing domain. http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

Hi @hofftbhg, so I was able to add the domain for you. You’ll need to do two things to finish up:
1) Renew here to purcahse: https://wordpress.com/purchases
2) Change your nameservers:
ns1.wordpress.com ns2.wordpress.com ns3.wordpress.comAbout changing the base address, that URL was actually deleted. Can you use another name? Users won’t see it because of your mapped domain.

If we change our nameservers, our email will stop working I believe.
I managed to change the site adress to something different now.
