Trying to Change the Heading Tagline in 2011 Theme

  Is it possible to change the W.P. generic tagline to my own tagline which is right under the Heading of the Blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can change that in your dashboard at settings > general.
