Trying to change username

  Hello, I Try to change username of my profile, when I enter my new username popup active say’this user name is not exist’. When I try to find account against newuser it is not exist. Anyone help me, How I get my new username?

  Thanks for reply, I just try to change my username hedowscom into hedows.
