Trying to contact support for a refund

Bought Personal Bundle with a domain name and then cancelled by subscription as I have changed my mind with what I want to do. The information on the screen said I would get a partial refund and then contact support for the remaining amount but now the link has disappeared to contact support and I can’t find it.

Refunds have time limits. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

If you registered a custom domain name with WordPressdotcom and you intend on using it here or with a different web host, you should not cancel the domain. Please see this support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/all-about-domains/#cancellations
If you nonetheless wish to entirely give up ownership and cancel the domain within the first 48-hours after purchase, please see the instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/cancel-domain/

My plan renews tomorrow but I will be having another company build me a site using WordPress as well. I’d like to link the two however I don’t want to pay twice. If I cancel my plan what happens to my material? Or can I put my plan on hold and transfer it over when my site is ready.

Thank you for all of your replies and help. One of their happiness people contacted me and refunded my money. I was getting a little frustrated because their live chat wasn’t working but they explained that they are getting ready or are on their retreat that they have.
