Trying to copy and paste

I copied a doc at the printer to my doc’s on the pc. i tried to copy and paste it into a post and it will not paste.
Is there an easy work around for this.

It all depends on what type of file it is. Copying and pasting from other sources can cause issues and in some cases blow up your site.
What file type is the file?

I don’t understand what type, its a document i got from the doctors to-day A4 size and i want to put it on my site.

I meant post a link to the document here so we can examine it at the source and determine the file type.

I don’t have a link its in my pc.
I could send it to photos and download it that way i think ?

Why would you copy and paste whole leaflets. Why not simply provide a link to them? Also note the accepted file types that we can upload are here > uploading documents

TT, i uploaded the pages but they went to media library, can you give me a link how to get them from there into a post please.

You click “Ad new post”. When you are in the edioror of the nrew post your click the “add media” icon. Then you choose Media Livraray and upload the images into the post like you would any other image. http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/#insert-an-image-youve-already-uploaded
P.S. Be cautious about copyright. If you did not create the leaflets then you could be violating a copyright by posting them.

TT thank you, thats them in the post now to clean it up.
They are Government documents that are handed out to people to read and help them with anxiety and they were printed of the doctors PC, she knows i’m doing this, so they are free to the public.
