Trying to copy existing site to a new domain name

  My original site builder has disappeared/doesnt respond . The site has been down for a year. I can access WP as administrator but for a new hosting company to copy and use with a new now owned domain, they need ‘hosting access’ to get a copy of the database.
  How can I get this info when I dont know what it is?

  Have you read the Move Your Domain to Another Host support page? If that doesn’t lead to a resolution of the problem, then feel free to add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic to call for staff attention.

  Are you referring to a WordPress.org site?
