  I am trying to recreate my old html website as a WordPress site.

  I have got this far

  http://www.captivation.de/content/

  I would like to keep the same menu action if possible. The original menu worked on with CSS, Is it possible to recreate it? If so could some one kindly offer me a few pointers!
