Trying to create a home page for my blog

  I’m trying to figure out how to create a home page for my blog but when I follow the directions in tutorial they don’t match what I have for options (when it says to find Front Page Displays in Settings then Reader I don’t actually have that option in my Reader section). What am I doing wrong?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you want a STATIC page, one single unit of text? Or do you want your blog posts to go there, where people see them right after clicking http://nikolettegalenzaart.wordpress.com/ ? If the latter, you don’t have to do anything; it’s built in. All you have to do is write and publish posts and they’ll automatically go there.
