Trying to create a site. Getting an infinite loop

  I am trying to create a site using a domain that I already own. In Step 1 I select the layout I would like ‘A welcome page for my site.’ Step 2 I select the theme I will start with. Step 3, I click ‘Already own a domain?’. It gives me a field and I type in my domain name and I hit Add. It takes me to Step 4. I choose the Personal Plan for $2.99 a month. I click ‘Upgrade’ And it immediately sends me back to Step 1. Maddening.

  Hi there,

  This problem has been reported to our developers to fix. For now, please select only the free address on step 3, and select the free plan on step 4.

  After your site is created, go to My Site ->Plans to add your plan, and then to My Site ->Domains to add the domain mapping upgrade.
