Trying to create blog address, it has been deleted and it's not available yet

  I’m trying to create a new blog, and the address appears to be taken.

  But when you try to access theaddress.wordpress.com (theaddress is just an example) it appears “is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site.”

  When will this address name be available again?
  Why can’t I choose it now?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Once the name is used, it can not be used again.

  You’ll have to select another name.
