Trying to create blog address, it has been deleted and it's not available yet

I’m trying to create a new blog, and the address appears to be taken.
But when you try to access theaddress.wordpress.com (theaddress is just an example) it appears “is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site.”
When will this address name be available again?
Why can’t I choose it now? -
No it will not become available so do not waste your time waiting for what will not happen.
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
