Trying to create Blogroll and can't find my Dashboard

  Trying to find where I can create a Blogroll. Help keeps telling me to go to my Dashboard, but I can’t find that or the Links menu to create a Blogroll.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
