  hello i get an error when trying to upgrade to have email

  Email service can only be purchased by the owner of box5419.temp.domains. If you have access to that account, please log in with the account to make a purchase. Otherwise, please contact support.

  The thing is, I am able to login, but it is not letting me get to the point to click the button to create domain email.
