Trying to customize my Blog's Landing Page

  At the bottom of the landing page it has the following: Meta with register and login. How do I get rid of it? As well is there a outline of how to customize this particular theme…gradiculous?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Once you start customizing your Widget areas, any default widgets should disappear:
