trying to delete a blog I am no longer have access to

Over ten years ago, I created a blog (https://kitikrit.wordpress.com/) and later deleted my WordPress account, but the blog remained active. Three years ago, I created a new WordPress account associated with the same email address I used for my old blog. As a result, the old blog is still active, but I no longer have access to it. I would like to delete or hide it, but I can’t anymore.
I’ve followed all the recommended steps from blog deletion guides and even reached out to WordPress support, but so far, I haven’t gotten any resolution.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When you delete a wordpress.com account, all associated blogs are deleted also. That site belongs to your other account https://wordpress.com/forums/users/socialphlow/ which certainly hasn’t been deleted. It’s totally impossible 2 wordpress.com accounts have the same email address as the email address is the unique identifier on the wordpress.com platform.
Log out from current account korifeo and log in again with the user name socialphlow. if you can’t remember your password, just click ‘forgot password’.
