Trying to delete a gravatar image, No "red X"

There is no red X next to the picture. Only a blue X. The color doesn’t change and clicking it does nothing.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I have a blue colored X and when I click it the image is deleted. I am using Firefox 36.0.
In order to help you we need to know your specific computing environment details. Please work through what follows and report back.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

5. Try using another browser.

Just to be clear, you’re referring to this blue “X”:
Is that correct? If so, that should prompt a confirmation pop-up box. Can you make sure you don’t have pop-ups disabled in your browser?
