Trying to delete account

  Hi, I am trying to delete my wordpress account.

  It tells me that I have active purchases but I’ve checked and I have paid one person a once off 21 euros in 2023.

  There are no other payments. But I can’t delete my account. The help online told me I need human help. Can anyone help? Thank you

  Same… WordPress.com says for me to wait 15-20 minutes and check back to delete account. I did so, and now it has been days later and I’m still getting the same message as if nothing is happening. I removed everything it asked me to and nothing is active still. I should be able to delete my account, but WordPress.com is preventing me.

  I checked your WordPress.com account connected to the site mentioned above and couldn’t find any active purchases associated with it. You should be able to delete the account without any issues.

  Please sign out and then sign back into your account before trying to delete it again by following the steps here:

  https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

  Hi,

  Thank you. I’ve just signed back in today and followed all your steps.

  Again, the site is telling me that I can’t delete my account with active subscriptions. I have none. Only one thing I paid for 21 euros in 2023. I really need to delete my account!
