Trying to delete account related to the SWVL Project Website (https://swvlproject.com/)

  Hello, I am currently working for a professor at my university and she is having me try to delete and account that was created in 2015 for a student group project that some of her students had been working on. The problem is, she nor I have the previous login information for the website (https://swvlproject.com/) or the account linked to the website. We also don’t have access to the emails attached to that website as the students graduated in 2015/2016 and their email addresses that were university related have been deleted. My question is: how do I delete the account and website related to https://swvlproject.com/ given the information above?

  Hello,

  swvlproject.com is owned by the user, swvlproject — they will need to log into that account in order to delete the site.

  A site can only be deleted by the owner; none of the students will be able to do so. As long as the owner has access to the email address used for their account, they can try to reset the password using this form:

  https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  Either the username or email address can be used.

  If she is unable to reset the password, she will get need to login and reply here for help.
