Trying to delete my site as I have closed the business

    For 24 hours now the Delete Site section of Systems is telling me ‘We are still in the process of removing your previous plan. Please check back in a few minutes and you’ll be able to delete your site.’.
    Why can I not just delete it?
    What do I need to do?

    Correct account: Yes
