trying to delete my WP site

  I keep getting this message :: Premium Upgrades
  You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site. however there is no way to do this and no instruction to help me!!

  Hello –

  The premium theme, promenade, was attached to templetonrealestategroup.wordpress.com. I’ve removed that theme so you can proceed with the deletion.

  Please remember site deletion is permanent and we will not be able to restore the site in the future.
