Trying to delete old sites attached to current email addresses

  I can’t find the old sites attached to particular email addresses I have and need to delete them as the ‘newest’ version of my WordPress sites should be able to use my currently used email rather than the ‘dead’ wordpress sites. I am deleting the email my current sites are attached to.
