Trying to delete one of my sites

I want to delete one of my sites and I can’t see where I can do that. How do I do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Aloha biancaherdin, Is http://www.wheresmystork.com/ the site you are working with? If so, it looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

The forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already.
If you have a different site hosted here on WordPress.com, you can delete it by following the instructions here:

Deleting a site permanently removes it and you will never be able to use it again. If you think there is any chance you may want to use the site in the future, please consider one of the following instead:
