Trying to delete premium account

Thank you. I am following the steps you suggested but finding myself in a perpetual loop. I have a premium site account. I understand I need to disable that first but when I go to Settings -> Manage Purchases the ‘manage purchases’ button is inactive so I can’t choose the ‘do not renew’ option and the site is listed as ‘Auto renew is ON’ and ‘never expires.’ All these links are static/inactive such that I can’t click on them to change them. There is a link that says contact us but that just takes me back to this public forum. Not sure how to proceed.

Do you have a premium theme?
There is a bug and Staff have to remove the premium themes or transfer them to other sites you have registered.

Hi there,
I can remove the theme for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.
Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.

That’s a great idea. I am setting up another site so I just wanted to avoid confusion but I may need to create something new someday on WordPress so would actually be great to keep it. So how do I set it to private? I just want to make sure it’s not in the search engines right now. Many thanks in advance for your help!
