You can do that easily by just emptying you website.Follow the instructions given here to Empty your site:

By Erase i mean delete permanently it keeps giving me an error because i have a premium theme purchase? i cant delete the premium theme?

Premium themes have to be removed by Staff or transferred to another site of yours before the site they are on currently can be deleted. Deleting a site with upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades
If Staff removes the theme for you, you won’t be able to get it back. And, if you delete the site, its name will not become available again, so do not use that option to “start over”. If you’ll confirm you understand that, Staff will act for you.
