trying to delete staging site

  We moved our wordpress.com account to managed .org hosting elsewhere and ended our subscription. This has left a stranded old version of the site (http://bylinetimes.wpcomstaging.com/) which we need to remove. When I follow the instructions via Settings to ‘Delete this site’ it says to contact support but that button brings me here, to posting in the public forums. How can we get this site completely shut down?!

  We don’t need the data, we already imported it into the new site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
