Trying to display latest blog posts on homepage

  I would like my latest posts to be displayed not eh bottom of my sit, next to the About Me and Contact pages. However, the Latest Posts header says ‘not used’ and I am unsure of how to reverse that.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
