Trying to do simple edit on a blog post and editing menu has moved to right side. Formatting bar is

  I’m trying to edit a blog post. Originally when I did so the editing menu was on the left side and had a scrolling formatting bar so that I could do quick formatting without scrolling all the way to the top.

  Now the editing menu is on the right side and the formatting bar stays stuck at the top. How do I get it back to the way it was?
