Trying to echo PHP Data on an Elementor-locked theme page.
-
Hi all. Bit of context: I am a wordpress/web designer with a decent understanding of code fundamentals (html/css/little php & js).
This week I started a new job, the client’s are having an intranet built on the Anesta theme. Whereas the homepage can be drag/drop edited with elementor, the members page cannot. I assume it’s the nature of the theme.
It’s been requested that the members profile data (or some of) which is displayed when you actually go into the profile, can be displayed on each members profile/card on the members page. I’ve emulated the idea in dev tools by copy and pasting the html i.e this data:
Pulled through on the front:

These fields are set in the dashboard via Users>Profile fields.
My logic is that you should be able to use PHP to echo the data using some hooks i.e profile-field, field-names, field-job etc?
Where I fall short is
A) Since you can’t directly edit page html files for pages in wordpress, where would be best to place the code?
B) How do I identify the right hooks to use, do they exist somewhere , do they need setting?
It seems like there should be a simpler way. If anyone has any ideas I’d be grateful. If what I’m thinking isn’t possible tell me and I’ll probably try building a members page from scratch with Elementor or even scrapping the theme. Thanks. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host etlukintranet.co.uk on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at Fasthosts. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.
You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/wp-advanced/
The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Thanks!
