Trying to edit an old post but don't want to change the date

  I noticed some errors on a post I made several months ago. I’d like to fix it but I don’t want the original date on the post to change. Any way to do this?

  Hi,

  It is unnecessary to change the date of a post in order to edit and update date it. Just make the desired edits, or revise the post as you will, and update it. However, followers will not be notified of such an update.

  After editing the post, you could publish a brief new post to notify subscribers that you’ve edited the earlier post.
