Trying to edit Imbalance 2 Theme to include masthead graphic – HELP!
-
I downloaded the Imbalance 2 theme for my client, and now I am trying to put a graphic across the top, like a masthead, as seen in this site:

I don’t find it easy to do, and I have searched a couple forums for answers, to no avail.

Please be aware that the theme versions we have at WordPress.com are coded to run on our software. WordPress.com vs WordPress.org: The Differences. The version of Imbalance 2 that’s coded to run on self hosted WordPress.org sotware is not the same as ours. Also note that the CSS forum here is only for those who have free hosted WordPress.com blogs and who have pruchased a custom design upgrade from WordPress.com for their blog. All CSS support for WordPress.org installs is provided at these forums > http://wordpress.org/support/

Thank you timethief. I have to say, I am pretty confused about the differences between wordpress.org and wordpress.com. I have been asking questions on wordpress.org for 2 years now, and only this week, one of their moderators told me (kind of rudely) that I should be visiting the wordpress.com forum for my answers. I interpret your last message as a gentle nudge that I shouldn’t be asking questions unless I am hosting my site on wordpress.com. Is that true? If I am hosting my site with an ISP and using theme Imbalance 2 that I downloaded from WordPress, where should I ask questions?
