trying to figure out dyad 2 theme

  hello, i am new to all of this online stuff so bare with me. I am trying to use the dryad 2 theme and i am trying navigate through it or how to edit and use it but cant. lost .. lost.. anyone know of videos or something that would help thank you for your time
