Trying to find a theme to fit my needs

    I have a client who is looking to start a sports stats site.
    However not necc standard. He wants a site for palyers arounf the country in a specific sport to be able to create a profile, then login and update their own stats for recruiting purposes. Bios , stats , photos etc.

    The player signup would have to be admin approved, but want them to be able to create there own stats page.

    Is there something out there that would let me create this type of membership?

    Possibly set up a coach as a team admin for each team that can approve players signup and approve their stats update?

    any suggestions?

    I’d suggest you have a look at the default user roles in WordPress to see if they meet your needs:

    If you need finer control than this, your best bet is to go with a self-hosted WordPress site, where you can install a membership or role-management plugin.
