Trying to find out if my account was hacked.

I have an account with this site that works with this site and a few others. The others are on the playstation blog site and a site called Scrawl. I got an email from the Scrawl site saying I wanted to change my email account and was sent the letter two times. I have sent an email to that site and have not gotten any word back from them. I tried using both the passwords on that site but it says that the password is not the right word. I also looked in the list of names for that site my old user name is not on the list of people that are signed up on that site. But if you try and make a new account with that old name I had it says that name is already used on that site. Also on the wordpress site my sign in user name was changed to a new name with 35 different words and numbers in it. I can not use my old name on this site to log in only the one I got in the email.
When I try to change my username it says username can not be changed. So now I am stuck with this 35 digit user name. I can put my old account name under Nickname but other then that I can’t change my log in. I am not sure if it has any thing to do with my old user name being three digits and it was from Gravatar and when you try to write it on this site it says you need at least four letters in your account name. I have checked my email and it still works and I even changed it because of this issue and my new password works for my email. So I am just trying to figure out if it has some thing to do with WordPress or Gravatar. Because I am worried what happened so if any one can help out I would really appreciate it.
