Trying to find WordPress builder page

  Hi,
  I am new to wordpress. How to I find the page where you enter text. I would look like an email box with tool bar up top??

  This “WordPress builder page” you refer to is a WordPress.ORG software reference that has no application to WordPress.COM hosted blogs like http://edreilly7.com/.

  There is no such thing as “an email box with tool bar up top?” on WordPress.COM blogs.

  Make sure you read the comparison very closely so you know exactly what the restrictions and limitations on WordPress.COM blogging are: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Thanks for the info timethief. But I suspect you misunderstood what I was asking. I am so new to this that I am having a difficult time navigating. I just wanted to get to the screen where I can write my first post. That was all. But again, thanks for all the links.
