I wanted to follow up on the emails I received from the happiness engineer who I last heard from on Monday. I really would like to regain access to my account that is currently blocked due to an issue with changing phones and lack of the ability to verify my account via two-factor authentication. Can someone assist? Sorry to post this back on the customer support site but I had not heard back from the representative I was dealing with for the past three days. If need be, I am happy to pay for chat support.
