  Bought a theme and tried it out, not what I am looking for …. email for a refund and no response…

  Staff have over 25 million to provide support for. Please be patient as you have already emailed and they will get to you as soon as they can. Also be aware that Staff deal with support tickets by first date in so if you keep emailing that will simply make the wait time longer.

  There should be a refund button at Dashboard > Store
