Trying to get a refund for a paid plan

    I’m getting a response that human responses are only available for paid plans. I purchased a paid plan, or I wouldn’t be asking for a refund. I paid for an annual plan. I just want a simple web site to post personal pictures of my crafts. I have spent hours looking at tutorials trying to build a web site. No luck. Everything I do gets a response from WordPress trying to get me to upgrade. But nothing to help me with the plan I purchased I simply want out.
    I checked my purchase history and nothing shows. Here is my information:
