Trying to get a refund on a theme

  Hi there! Tonight I purchased the Port theme, and though it’s wonderful, it doesn’t fit what I need it for so I wanted a refund.

  However, whenever I go to my upgrades and opt to cancel and refund it doesn’t do anything. Can you please help me?

  Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies and trying again?
