trying to get account back, lost authenticator

  My blog is https://ameninagorda.wordpress.com/.
  I tried to log in here under that account but it asks me for the authenticator code or sms. I no longer have access to my old mobile so I can’t provide these details. I also no longer have access to the one time codes. I do however have access to the email address on the account.
  Can you please help? I want to go back blogging.
