Trying to get back into my dashboard

When trying to save – and then schedule – posts, I often get a message saying, “This is not a valid JSON response”. I have no idea what this means but it stops me saving the post and subsequently scheduling for date-specific posting. Following advice via a Google search, I went into my ‘Settings’ and checked that the two URLs shown matched (Google said that they SHOULD match). They didn’t. But the only difference was that the first URL ended with ‘/hvh’. So to make both URLs the same, I deleted this ‘/hvh’. Ever since then, the website is no longer recognised – and I can’t even get back into my dashboard! This is really frustrating because I (think!) that if I could get back into my dashboard and access the ‘Settings’ again, I could reinstate that ‘/hvh’. Hopefully that would at least take me back to where I started! HELP!

We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must change the domain settings directly in the database of your site. You find all info at https://wordpress.org/documentation/
