Trying to get domain name

  Hello,

  I followed the directions I read in the FAQ but am not having any success changing my homekitchen101.wordpress.com name to just homekitchen101.com. When I put homekitchen101 in the add a domain box, I get a message that I can add that domain name.

  I’ve checked domain search engine sites and that name is available. Why can I not register it here at WordPress?

  Thanks for any help you can give.

  I meant to say “….I canNOT add that domain name”.

  Best bet would be to submit a feedback with this information. I see the domain as being available as well and it is a *.com so it should work.
