trying to get into an old account

  Please help. I started a website with you several years ago. My office manager and I both worked on the site periodically and now we are getting ready to close the business. I need to post something on the site to tell our followers where we are going and for some reason, neither of us can get on the site, nor can we get a recovery email. When I try the recovery reset, it says that our site doesn’t exist – although it does.
